Problem
The creators of Beyond The Risk podcast needed to establish a strong, cohesive brand identity that could effectively convey the concept of high-stakes decision-making across various digital platforms. They required a design that would not only capture the essence of "high risk, high reward" but also appeal to a diverse audience interested in entrepreneurship, politics, and gambling. The challenge was to create a visual identity that was bold and exciting, yet professional and trustworthy, and to implement this consistently across a website, social media profiles, and podcast artwork.
Solution
To address these challenges, I developed a comprehensive brand identity centered around a sleek, modern aesthetic using a black and gold color scheme to represent high stakes and premium content. I designed a versatile logo that symbolized risk and reward, which was then applied consistently across all platforms. The website was crafted to be both visually striking and user-friendly, featuring an integrated podcast player, easy navigation, and email capture functionality. For social media, I created a suite of templates and assets that maintained brand consistency while optimizing for each platform's unique requirements. The podcast artwork was designed to stand out in directories while clearly communicating the show's theme. This cohesive approach across all touchpoints helped Beyond The Risk establish a strong, recognizable brand from launch, effectively capturing the essence of the podcast and appealing to its target audience.
